Job overview The Junior Technical Officer position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different engineering and technical disciplines within the organization. Responsibilities The Junior Technical Officer will be responsible for: Provides support in the installation, upkeep, and repair of technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Adhering rigorously to established standard operating procedures and safety protocols to mitigate potential hazards effectively. Maintaining stringent quality standards across all production and operational processes is essential. Responsibilities include recording maintenance activities, tracking equipment modifications, and documenting operational challenges encountered. Devising process enhancements through the application of engineering methodologies and specialized software solutions. Perform material planning activities and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure optimal resource allocation. Challenges you to develop engineering solutions that prioritize environmental sustainability and safety, fostering eco-conscious and secure practices. Additionally, the role encompasses fulfilling any other tasks or responsibilities as directed by the supervisor or manager. Qualifications and skills Candidates should have: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance and control, or a related field in STEM is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail alongside strong analytical skills to effectively resolve technical challenges.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to different engineering, technical, and operational roles.
