Your mission, in a non-exhaustive manner, is to contribute to the development of skills for beneficiaries of the Very Small Business (VSE) program. Within the TPE Team, the Trainer-Accompanist will be under the responsibility of the Director of the CED Center Yaoundé and the MBOA Project Manager and will be responsible for: 1/ Train the entrepreneurs benefiting from the different TPE service offers: Prospecting and selecting contractors, beneficiaries on all service offers; Organize and facilitate training sessions in management, management, marketing and finance; Contribute to the development of content and training materials following CED’s competency-based approach. 2/ Accompanying management entrepreneurs: Ensure follow-up and support visits to project leaders and beneficiary entrepreneurs, in the field; Establish an initial diagnosis, set business objectives, develop and follow an action plan with the contractor, in consultation with the project team; Support the entrepreneur in the implementation and use of management tools. 3/ Participate in the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem: Contribute to the organization of the activities of the Entrepreneurs Club; Participate in external events/fairs as part of prospecting activities.

Candidate profile
Training: Bac level training+4/5 with significant professional experience in accounting management, financial analysis, project management and ideally training or conference facilitation (suitable for any audience). Expected skills and qualities: Ability to read and analyze financial data of VSEs/SMEs; Mastery of the main tools for managing a VSE/SME; Proficiency in formulating and implementing organizational strategies for VSEs/SMEs; Good knowledge of the main issues of VSEs/SMEs; Assistant comptable (H/F) (Replacement of maternity leave) Yaoundé Animation skills and good oral expression; Rigor, autonomy, sense of organization, spirit of initiative, power of proposal; Ability to adapt, organize and manage human relations; Good knowledge of the Office Pack computer tool (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good writing skills; Strong attraction for fieldwork; Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international team; Strong interest in the field of entrepreneurship.
