Editorial transparency

How Taf4All selects, verifies and highlights listings.

Taf4All isn't meant to be a mere pile of job pages. We want to be a useful, clear, credible African career platform: collection, sorting, enrichment and candidate support must serve a better decision, not just produce more URLs.

Utility-driven selection

We aggregate job listings, but we don't stop at collecting. Our goal is to help African candidates spot relevant, recent, genuinely actionable opportunities faster.

Freshness and deduplication

Listings are matched, cleaned and tracked over time. We limit duplicates, expired listings, and pages that only offer a filter combination without enough added value.

Editorial added value

The content we want to push durably is the kind that adds analysis, market context, application advice, a clear methodology and a genuinely useful read of the African landscape.

Product transparency

Taf4All remains a career product. Some pages serve navigation and job search; only pages that are genuinely editorially defensible should carry our strong indexing.

What this means for Google and AdSense

We distinguish pages that serve product navigation from pages that deserve strong exposure in search engines. A page can be useful to the user without being a strong enough editorial signal for broad indexing or an AdSense review.

We therefore prioritize strengthening pages that carry a real promise: editorial guides, trust pages, methodology, solid country pages and genuinely useful career content.

Pages that are too programmatic, too similar to one another, or too dependent on raw data may remain available to candidates while being less pushed in the sitemap or not indexed.
