Capacité avancée de rétention client (Client Retention – Niveau 4 Advanced). Compétences confirmées en service client (Client Servicing – Niveau 3 Seasoned). Maîtrise de la modélisation financière (Financial Modelling – Niveau 3 Seasoned). Compétences confirmées en analyse quantitative (Quantitative Analysis – Niveau 3 Seasoned).
Formation / Diplômes
Compétences personnelles : Approche pratique, articulation claire de l’information, confiance en soi, capacité à convaincre, analyse rigoureuse, interaction avec les personnes, production de résultats, fourniture d’insights, poursuite des objectifs, saisie des opportunités, prise d’action, travail d’équipe.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en recherche et analytics avec de fortes compétences informatiques. 5 à 7 ans de connaissance sectorielle spécifique avec compréhension des concurrents, tendances et opportunités. 5 à 7 ans d’expérience au sein d’une équipe d’origination. 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans les engagements industry (conférences). 5 à 7 ans de compréhension de l’environnement réglementaire.
