Qualifications requises : Premier diplôme universitaire en Commerce, Finance et Comptabilité, Management Général ou Gestion des Risques (requis). Diplôme de troisième cycle dans les mêmes domaines (requis).
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Connaissance approfondie du cycle de vie du crédit et de l’environnement réglementaire. Maîtrise des stratégies de gestion de portefeuille et de recouvrement. Expérience dans l’origination du crédit (intuitive et automatisée) et les opérations de crédit. Excellentes capacités de leadership et d’influence auprès des parties prenantes.

Compétences personnelles : Leadership confirmé, capacité à challenger les idées établies, à persuader et à négocier avec les autres. Intégrité, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité. Vision stratégique et capacité d’adaptation au changement. Expérience demandée : 8 à 10 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion des risques avec une connaissance approfondie du cycle de crédit. Expérience avérée en leadership à grande échelle et de haut niveau. Expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes (direction, régulateurs, auditeurs). Instructions
