Il apporte des clients, et veille à l’atteinte des objectifs financiers Il dirige une équipe pluridisciplinaire au sein de son établissement il veille à la satisfaction de ses clients : il apporte une attention particulière à leur arrivée et leur départ, et s'assure que leur séjour se déroule sans accroc. Il contrôle l’état des chambres, fait le point sur les résultats, met en place les budgets, définit des stratégies de long terme Job Requirements ETRE DE RELIGION MUSULMANE Capacité de vendre Disposer d'un bon porte feuille client connaissance du droit social Doit pouvoir travailler sous pression Bonne gestion du stress et des changements Faire preuve de discrétion de réactivité et d’initiative
