ST Digitial recrute un(e) Ingénieur Support Dans le cadre de ses activités à Douala (Cameroun), ST Digitial recherche un Ingénieur Support (H/F) pour relever des défis stratégiques et contribuer à l'avenir du numérique africain.
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques (hardware, software, réseau, sécurité);
- Assurer le support aux utilisateurs via les outils de ticketing (ODOO);
- Participer à l'installation, à la configuration et à la maintenance des équipements (serveurs, routeurs, firewalls) et des liens d'interconnexion client (fibre optique, faisceau hertzien);
- Documenter les procédures de gestion de la relation client et de résolution d'incidents;
- Collaborer avec les équipes projets pour les mises en production et les évolutions techniques;
- Assurer une veille technologique sur les outils et solutions du marché.
Autres informations
- Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique, réseaux ou systèmes;
Expérience
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en support clients.
Maîtrise des environnements Windows/Linux, ODOO, Cloud;
- Connaissance des réseaux (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN);
- Connaissance des technologies de virtualisation (VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V);
- Expérience avec les outils de supervision et de ticketing (Zabbix, Nagios, GLPI);
- Notions en cybersécurité et bonnes pratiques ITIL.
