Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines (H/F) pour accompagner notre cabinet dans la gestion des activités RH et les missions de conseil auprès des clients. Le poste est à pourvoir en CDD, à temps complet, sans télétravail, basé à Lomé, Togo. Une expérience de 2 à 5 ans est requise, ainsi qu'un niveau d'études Bac+5 et plus. Une compétence professionnelle en français est nécessaire. Le secteur d'activité est la comptabilité, juridique et conseil, plus précisément la gestion des ressources humaines.

Participer aux processus de recrutement. Assurer la mise à disposition et le suivi des agents externalisés. Participer à la gestion administrative du personnel. Contribuer à la préparation et à la gestion de la paie. Participer aux missions de conseil et d'accompagnement RH auprès des clients. Contribuer à l'organisation et à l'amélioration des processus RH.

Assurer le respect des dispositions légales et réglementaires applicables au travail. Bac+5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines.
Expérience :
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion des ressources humaines. Expérience en administration du personnel, paie, recrutement et organisation RH. Expérience impérative au sein d'un cabinet de conseil en ressources humaines. Bonne connaissance de la législation et de la réglementation du travail. Maîtrise du Pack Office et des logiciels de paie. Maîtrise des outils d'intelligence artificielle (IA).
