Localisation
- Lieu de travail: Douala (Cameroun)
Formation / DiplĂ´mes
- Définir, piloter et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH du Groupe en adéquation avec les orientations stratégiques, tout en assurant la conformité avec les régulations sociales locales et internationales, dans un cadre bilingue (français-anglais). Vous serez en charge de divers volets RH incluant stratégie, gestion des talents, développement des compétences, transformation organisationnelle, digitalisation RH, diversité, et inclusion. Conditions à remplir:
- DiplĂ´me: Master en gestion des RH ou Ă©quivalent.
Expérience
- Expérience: Minimum 10 ans dans des postes RH au sein de structures internationales et 5 ans comme DRH dans le secteur bancaire.
- Compétences linguistiques: Français et anglais. Documents à soumettre:
- Lettre de motivation.
- CV détaillé.
- Copies des diplĂ´mes.
