Responsable Administratif & Financier H/F
INTERNATIONAL TALENT MANAGEMENT (ITM RH) recherche, pour son client intervenant dans le domaine de la santé publique, un Responsable Administratif & Financier H/F.
Placé sous l’autorité du Directeur Exécutif, le Responsable Administratif & Financier (RAF) (H/F) prévoit les ressources et met en place les techniques financières nécessaires au développement et à la protection de l’ONG. En tant que responsable de la stratégie financière de l’ONG, il coordonne et supervise principalement la comptabilité, la gestion des fonds ainsi que la trésorerie. Il supervise les déclarations comptables et fiscales, s’occupe des budgets et du reporting. Le Responsable Administratif & Financier (H/F) est tenu d’informer en permanence la direction exécutive sur la santé de l’entreprise afin de veiller sur son développement.
Missions
Mettre en place un manuel des procédures administratives et financières et assurer sa mise en application. Assurer le suivi et la gestion administrative et financière des ressources. Participer à l’analyse continue et au suivi régulier de la situation financière. Préparer les états financiers et les divers rapports à soumettre à la Direction Exécutive et aux bailleurs. Assurer le bon déroulement des audits (internes et externes). Assurer un suivi rigoureux des comptes bancaires.
Lieu : Burkina Faso, Ouagadougou.
