Dans le cadre du lancement commercial de la plateforme TAARA Mobility à Buea et Limbe, nous recherchons des professionnels motivés, créatifs et orientés résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe fondatrice. Effectif total : 6 postes fondateurs.

- Assurer la direction stratégique du projet TAARA, superviser les opérations, piloter la croissance, coordonner les partenariats et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs institutionnels.
- Mettre en œuvre le plan stratégique de TAARA.
- Gérer les activités de collecte de fonds et les relations avec les investisseurs.
- Établir des partenariats stratégiques avec des clients corporatifs, des agences gouvernementales et des associations de transport.
- Superviser tous les départements et les membres de l'équipe fondatrice.
- Suivre les performances financières et opérationnelles par rapport aux indicateurs définis.
- Assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires.
- Rapporter au CEO et au Conseil d'administration.

- Master souhaité ; Bac+3 minimum en Management, Commerce ou domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en management, de préférence dans la technologie, la logistique ou la mobilité.
- Solides compétences en leadership, développement commercial et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Expérience prouvée en gestion d'équipe et de budget.
Indicateurs de performance :
- Lancement réalisé dans les délais approuvés.
- Objectifs de revenus atteints selon les prévisions mensuelles.
- Rapports aux investisseurs soumis dans les délais.
- Objectifs de recrutement de clients et de conducteurs atteints selon la planification.
- Rentabilité opérationnelle atteinte entre les mois 8 et 9 (point mort).
