Dans le cadre de notre lancement commercial à Buea et Limbe, nous constituons une équipe fondatrice de 6 personnes et recherchons des professionnels motivés, tournés vers l'avenir et axés sur la performance.

** Gérer les opérations financières, la budgétisation, les achats et les tâches administratives pour assurer la solidité financière et le bon fonctionnement quotidien dès le départ.
Responsabilités principales :
- Tenir les registres comptables et assurer une comptabilité précise
- Gérer le traitement des salaires, les paiements aux fournisseurs et la gestion de la petite caisse
- Produire des états financiers mensuels pour la direction et les investisseurs
- Suivre les budgets et signaler tout écart supérieur à 10 %
- Superviser les activités d'achat et gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs
- Assister aux tâches RH : gestion des contrats, suivi des congés, dossiers du personnel
- Assurer la conformité totale avec la réglementation fiscale et du travail camerounaise**

Licence en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
Certification professionnelle en comptabilité (CPA, ACCA ou équivalent) est un plus
Au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en finance ou administration
Bonne connaissance des logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, Sage ou similaire)Indicateurs clés de performance :
Rapports financiers mensuels livrés dans les délais
Écarts budgétaires maintenus en dessous de 10 %
Processus d'achat 100 % conformes
Paie exécutée avec précision et à temps chaque mois
