** Dans le cadre de ses programmes de développement, UNICEF recherche un(e) professionnel(le) pour coordonner les activités de changement social et comportemental en lien avec la communication sur les risques et l'engagement communautaire (RCCE).

  • Coordination de programme : planifier, coordonner et superviser la mise en œuvre des activités.
  • Mobilisation communautaire : engager les communautés cibles et les parties prenantes locales.
  • Suivi & évaluation : collecter et analyser les données pour mesurer l'impact des interventions.
  • Rapport aux bailleurs : préparer les rapports techniques et financiers selon les exigences des donateurs.
  • Renforcement de capacités : former les équipes locales et partenaires sur les outils du programme.**

  • Formation en Sciences Sociales, Développement International, Gestion de Projets ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en coordination de projets humanitaires ou de développement.
  • Connaissance des standards du secteur (SPHERE, CHS, Code de conduite).
