Senior Manager Business Development
Orange Money Cameroun recrute un Senior Manager Business Development pour piloter la stratégie de développement commercial, identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance, renforcer la présence de la marque et assurer la réalisation des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires.
Accroître le chiffre d'affaires et la marge directe sur le marché Orange Money par une prospection axée sur la détection de nouvelles opportunités business, la connaissance des métiers et usages des clients, et contribuer au leadership d'Orange Money. Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux annuels fixés par la Direction Générale. Développer et piloter les stratégies commerciales sur les marchés Corporate, Distribution & Marchands. Assurer la bonne gestion de son pôle.
BAC+5 en commerce, marketing, gestion ou domaine équivalent. Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans un environnement commercial, idéalement dans le secteur des services financiers, fintech ou multinationale, dont au moins 5 ans dans le management d'équipe. Forte expertise en modélisation économique et élaboration de business plan. Compréhension du marché OM / mobile banking, du marché B2B et secteur public. Capacité à développer une relation clients entreprises et de représentation de l'entreprise. Leadership et capacité à fédérer une équipe. Maîtrise des enjeux du marché mobile money et fintech. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
