Goodwill Group of companies recrute un Accountant (comptable). Le titulaire du poste sera rattaché au Directeur Général / Responsable Financier et aura pour mission de tenir des registres financiers exacts, de préparer les états financiers et de veiller au respect des obligations comptables, fiscales et réglementaires applicables.
Tenir des registres comptables, grands livres et pièces justificatives exacts. Enregistrer et rapprocher les produits, les charges, les comptes bancaires et les autres transactions financières. Préparer les factures, suivre les créances et traiter les paiements autorisés. Établir les états financiers mensuels et annuels ainsi que les rapports de gestion. Tenir des registres précis des honoraires de conseil, commissions et autres produits. Contribuer à la préparation des informations financières statutaires. Garantir l'autorisation, la documentation et la séparation adéquates des transactions financières. Apporter son appui en matière de conformité fiscale, d'audits et d'inspections réglementaires. Préserver la confidentialité et signaler toute irrégularité financière suspectée. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction et la fonction Conformité / Contrôle interne.
Diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe. Une qualification professionnelle en comptabilité constitue un atout. Une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans au sein d'une institution financière réglementée est préférée. La connaissance de la réglementation CEMAC est un atout. Solides compétences en Excel, en comptabilité, en analyse et en rapprochement. Un haut niveau d'intégrité, de rigueur, de confidentialité et de souci du détail.
Formation et expérience
Niveau d'expérience : senior. Expérience professionnelle : entre 5 et 8 ans. Niveau d'études minimum : licence (Bachelor's Degree).
