المهام والمسؤوليات
إجراء تقييم المخاطر الأمنية بشكل دوري وعند الحوادث الطارئة ضمن مناطق العمل، وضمان الإبلاغ الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب عن الأحداث التي قد تؤثر على أمن وسلامة الفريق ومناطق العمل بشكل عام.
مراجعة إجراءات السلامة والأمن بانتظام و مشاركة أي تحديثات على الأرض بشكل دوري.
إجراء التقييم اللازم لمواقع تنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية وضمان سلامة الفريق .
رسم خطة الأمن والسلامة لنشاطات المشروع، وخطة الاستجابة للطوارئ، بما يتوافق مع طبيعة مخاطر الأمن والسلامة ضمن مناطق العمل.
التنسيق مع منسق المشروع والفريق اللوجستي لضمان اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لحماية المباني والمعدات والممتلكات السكنية (الحراس، والأقفال، والإضاءة، وأجهزة الإنذار، ومعدات إطفاء الحرائق).
اعلام إدارة المشروع عند الحاجة إلى قرار تعليق / إيقاف الأنشطة
اتخاذ قرارات الإخلاء عند الحاجة، بالتنسيق مع إدارة المشروع.
إسداء المشورة للمديرة القطرية ومنسق المشروع بشأن التحديات الأمنية.
إعداد التقارير الأمنية وإرسالها بشكل دوري إلى إدارة المشروع والإدارة التنفيذية والجهة المانحة.
تقديم توصيات بالإجراءات الإدارية والأمنية التي تفرضها الدولة واللازمة لتنفيذ الأنشطة عند الحاجة والتنسيق مع الإدارة بشأن قيود الوصول.
أي مهام أخرى ضمن حدود صلاحيات واختصاص المنصب.
المتطلبات الأساسية للعمل
حاصل/ة على شهادة جامعية باختصاص مناسب.
خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الأمن والسلامة.
المهارات والخبرات
تعتبر إجادة اللغة الانكليزية ميزة إضافية .
إتقان العمل على برامج الكمبيوتر المتعلقة بالعمل.
مهارة التفاوض والتواصل الفعال
معرفة بالوسط الاجتماعي وعلاقات جيدة مع الجهات المسؤولة في مناطق العمل.
الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة سابقة بالعمل على مشاريع الحماية وتمكين السيدات والفتيات.
