Fortico is looking for an Odoo Systems Administrator & Developer to take technical ownership of our ERP system as we roll it out across our group of companies. You will work directly with the founding team and with each business unit to design our processes, translate them into Odoo, and build the system that will run our operations for years to come. Today, the group comprises over 12 companies that together cover the entire supply chain in real estate and construction. With Delta Developers, we have a long track record of delivering large-scale residential developments with a strong focus on quality, built, furnished, and sold entirely by our own companies. Beyond real estate, we manufacture building products such as kitchens, cabinetry, windows, and doors, and we operate in hospitality with our own restaurant and spa brand. About the Role We are implementing Odoo across the group, and this role sits at the centre of it. You will be involved from the very beginning: working alongside our implementation partner to set the system up, then taking over as the person who owns it internally. The most demanding part of this role is our manufacturing operations. Production planning, inventory, procurement, and multi-company accounting all need to be properly mapped into the system. That means understanding how the business actually works before deciding how it should work in Odoo, and then building it. This is a build-from-scratch role with a lot of responsibility, close collaboration with the founding team, and direct exposure to every business unit in the group. Your Responsibilities will include: Take technical ownership of our Odoo environment across multiple companies and entities Work with our implementation partner during the initial rollout, and progressively take work in-house Sit with each business unit to map existing processes, then design and configure how they run in Odoo Develop and customise modules where standard functionality is not enough Handle day-to-day system administration: user roles and access rights, data integrity, updates, and troubleshooting Train colleagues across the group and make sure people actually use the system properly Document configurations and processes so the system stays maintainable as we grow What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with hands-on Odoo experience, ideally covering both configuration and development. A degree in IT, computer science, or a related technical field is a strong plus, as is experience with Python, Postgre SQL, or previous ERP implementation work. You don’t need to check every box: if you bring solid Odoo experience and are comfortable working through complex operational processes, we encourage you to apply.
