The IT & Security Administrator plays a vital role in sustaining the company’s technology infrastructure and upholding robust security protocols across all internal systems. This position delivers direct technical assistance to employees, oversees user access across essential business applications, and addresses localized office technology requirements while ensuring systems remain secure, operational, and properly documented. The successful candidate demonstrates reliability, precision, and a problem-solving mindset in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment. Key Responsibilities: – IT Support & User Access: Deliver prompt technical assistance for employee hardware, software, and internal platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, among others). – Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless IT integration for new hires, including device provisioning, account setup, and adherence to security protocols during departures. – Device Management & Office IT: Install, configure, and maintain laptops and mobile devices, with a focus on supporting connectivity and hardware needs in the Kigali office. – Systems Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate IT records, internal processes, and assist with system updates. – Security & Risk Management: Contribute to security measures (such as phishing prevention and multifactor authentication) and proactively monitor for potential threats. Qualifications: – Required: 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk operations, or systems administration, along with hands-on experience supporting SaaS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.). A fundamental grasp of user access control, device configuration, and IT security principles is essential, along with strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills. – Preferred: Prior experience supporting remote or distributed teams, familiarity with asset management tools, and exposure to localized office IT environments. Employment Details & Compensation: – Base Salary: RF 400,000 to RF 450,000 per month (adjusted based on experience). – Performance Incentive (2026): Potential to earn up to 10% of the base salary. – Bonuses: Quarterly discretionary team incentives tied to performance milestones. – Benefits: Comprehensive company-sponsored health insurance coverage. – Location: Kigali, Rwanda. – Schedule: Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional weekend support required for maintenance.
