The IT & Security Administrator plays a pivotal role in sustaining the company’s technology infrastructure and upholding robust security protocols across all internal systems. This position delivers direct technical assistance to staff, oversees user access across essential business applications, and addresses localized office technology requirements while ensuring systems are secure, operational, and thoroughly documented. The successful candidate will exhibit reliability, precision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic and expanding work environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive technical support for employee hardware, software, and internal tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace. Oversee IT onboarding for new employees, encompassing device provisioning, account creation, and adherence to security protocols during offboarding. Manage the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of laptops and mobile devices, with a focus on supporting connectivity and hardware in the Kigali office. Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, internal processes, and assist with system updates. Contribute to security measures, such as phishing prevention and multifactor authentication, while monitoring for potential threats. Qualifications (Required): 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk operations, or systems administration. Proficiency in supporting SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and similar tools. Practical knowledge of user access management and device configuration. Fundamental grasp of IT security principles. Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and strong interpersonal communication. Qualifications (Preferred): Prior experience supporting remote or distributed teams. Familiarity with asset management systems. Expertise in localized office IT environments. Employment Details & Compensation: Base salary: RF 400,000 to RF 450,000 per month (adjusted based on experience). Performance Incentive (2026): Up to 10% of base salary. Bonuses: Discretionary quarterly team bonuses tied to performance milestones. Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance coverage provided by the company. Location: Kigali, Rwanda. Schedule: Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional weekend availability for critical maintenance.
