Through August 2027, the project will maintain ongoing support for smallholder farmers, farmer organizations, cooperatives, and local stakeholders across the 14 districts of Elgon, Ruwenzori, and Kigali, in close coordination with district authorities, private sector entities, financial service providers, and implementing partners. Building on proven methodologies, established networks, and community- and farmer-driven planning approaches developed under CG and BRIGHT, the SGCF Project will prioritize sustaining progress, preserving essential services, strengthening relationships with producers and institutions, and compiling actionable insights to inform the design of the next EON program.
