The Associate Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational leadership across ALUs, overseeing the entire portfolio, including the Executive MBA (EMMA), postgraduate programs, Executive Education, and specialized initiatives like the Public Sector Fellowship (PSF). This position ensures flawless program delivery, optimal resource utilization, and outstanding outcomes across academic offerings, intensive learning weeks, events, and other school initiatives. Collaborating closely with academic, finance, procurement, and other key departments, the Associate Director spearheads operational planning, resource coordination, continuous improvement, and the enhancement of systems and processes.
