Lipline stands as the premier global drone delivery service, distinguished by its unparalleled expertise and scale. Dedicated to its mission of equitable access to essential goods—including food, medicine, and critical supplies—Lipline designs, develops, and operates the most advanced autonomous logistics platform in the world. Its system ensures swift, reliable deliveries across four continents, completing a delivery every 30 seconds and totaling millions of successful missions to date. These deliveries span life-saving medical supplies, vaccines, blood, food, and retail products, serving leading healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants, and multinational corporations that rely on Lipline to enhance efficiency, reduce emissions, and optimize supply chains. While drones represent just 15% of the infrastructure required for seamless operations, Lipline’s ecosystem strengthens global logistics, minimizes congestion, and restores time to communities. With a track record of over 140 million autonomous commercial flight miles, Lipline is transforming healthcare access, consumer goods distribution, and food security worldwide. Operating at a global scale, the company seeks pragmatic problem-solvers who excel in dynamic environments and are driven by high-impact, scalable solutions that address real-world challenges. This role is based in Kigali, Rwanda, where Lipline is launching its inaugural Precision Delivery network. The Launch Lead will serve as the primary on-the-ground leader, responsible for transforming a technical deployment into a fully operational, safe, and partner-ready network that meets patient needs, commercial demands, and national logistics objectives. This senior program leadership position requires orchestrating a cross-functional launch encompassing Operations, Engineering, Partnerships, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Academy, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and external vendors. The role involves defining the operational framework, establishing standards and playbooks, and setting measurable launch criteria that will enable the repeatable deployment of Precision Delivery across Africa. While not managing direct reports, the position demands decisive leadership in prioritization, accountability assignment, tradeoff resolution, governance oversight, and ultimate responsibility for launch success and post-deployment stabilization. Key responsibilities include owning the full scope of the Kigali Precision Delivery launch, from establishing success metrics and chairing go/no-go governance to ensuring accountability throughout launch and stabilization phases. The role requires developing and executing an integrated launch roadmap that addresses site readiness (infrastructure, power, communications), workforce staffing and certification, partner integration, regulatory and community engagement, customer support, supply chain logistics, site commissioning,

Expert Application Advice

When tailoring your CV for Zipline, don’t just list past roles. Dedicate one bullet under each job to show how you mastered les compétences demandées dans l'annonce — use a specific metric, brief project, or result. This proves you understand local challenges and can deliver measurable impact.

  • •Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
  • •Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
  • •Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
  • •Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
  • •Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
  • •A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
