Bio Saw Biotechnology, a privately held biotechnology company based in Rwanda, is dedicated to developing and manufacturing high-quality, affordable, lifesaving monoclonal antibodies for patients across Africa and beyond. We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join our team in Kigali on a full-time, on-site basis.
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the company’s day-to-day operations, enhance operational efficiency, and execute growth and profitability strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial performance, directing business planning, and managing operations management.
We are looking for candidates with strong business planning and analytical skills, along with expertise in operations management, finance, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will leverage data to inform decision-making and develop impactful strategies. Excellent leadership and team management abilities are essential. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, as is prior experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
