Explore avenues for enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining HR processes to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness. Spearhead the transformation of HR processes through strategic digitization and automation efforts. Assist in deploying cutting-edge HR systems and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Enhance operational efficiency by leveraging technology and optimizing HR processes. Requirements: Earned a four-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or an equivalent discipline. Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering, People Operations, or Generalist HR capacities is essential. Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of Zambian labor laws and adherence to HR compliance standards.
