Applications are invited for the position of Management Trainee, located in Garki, Abuja. This is a full-time position.
Job Summary
The CIG Motors Management Trainee Programme is a structured development initiative designed to identify and develop high-potential graduates into future business leaders. Trainees will rotate through key functions or be assigned to a specific business unit, gaining practical experience, developing core business competencies, and contributing to strategic and operational projects across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum Second Class Upper) from a reputable Nigerian or foreign university. Completion of the NYSC programme. Not more than 26 years of age. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or relevant work experience is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an international perspective. Tech-savvy and adaptable with a strong sense of purpose. High learning agility and adaptability. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Self-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
