FactBase Consulting Limited, a fast-growing, medium-sized, professionally managed HR consulting firm with offices in Ikeja and Ajah, Lagos, is recruiting a Management Trainee (HRM).
Job Context We are looking for young, bright, diligent, and honest graduates who are eager to become HR professionals via CIPMN, starting as a Management Trainee (HRM).
Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and training projects for various clients; Plan and implement various HR consulting projects; Research, write, present, and implement various HR proposals and projects; Actively participate in our internal trainee-consultant development program.
Candidate Profile Minimum of an HND (1st Class, 2.1, 2.2/Upper Credit) or higher degree in OTM, Mass Comm, Social/Life Sciences, English Language/Linguistics, Educational Management, Library and Information Technology, etc. Age: Maximum 26 years. Strong MS Office Suite skills. NYSC discharge certificate. Language: English. Experience: Entry level, no experience or less than one year. Schedule: Full-time, 8am to 5pm.
Compensation NGN 70,000 - 150,000.
