This role is based in Kigali, Rwanda, where Lipline is launching its inaugural Precision Delivery network. The Launch Lead will serve as the primary on-the-ground leader, responsible for transforming a technical deployment into a fully operational, safe, and partner-ready network that meets patient needs, commercial demands, and national logistics objectives. This senior program leadership position requires orchestrating a cross-functional launch encompassing Operations, Engineering, Partnerships, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Academy, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and external vendors. The role involves defining the operational framework, establishing standards and playbooks, and setting measurable launch criteria that will enable the repeatable deployment of Precision Delivery across Africa. While not managing direct reports, the position demands decisive leadership in prioritization, accountability assignment, tradeoff resolution, governance oversight, and ultimate responsibility for launch success and post-deployment stabilization. Key responsibilities include owning the full scope of the Kigali Precision Delivery launch, from establishing success metrics and chairing go/no-go governance to ensuring accountability throughout launch and stabilization phases.
