This leadership role will oversee the company’s daily operations, enhance operational efficiency, and execute strategies to accelerate growth and profitability. The Chief Operating Officer will also be responsible for financial oversight, corporate planning, and operational management. Candidates should possess strong business planning and analytical capabilities, along with hands-on experience in operations management. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making is essential, along with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills are required. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, as is prior experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
