Downtown Grill Nigeria, acteur du secteur Food Services & Catering, recrute un Baker passionné et qualifié pour renforcer son équipe. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de préparer des produits de boulangerie de haute qualité tout en maintenant une hygiène irréprochable, une régularité dans la production et la satisfaction de la clientèle.
Ce poste à temps plein, relevant du secteur Hospitality & Hotel, est basé à Lagos, au Nigeria, plus précisément sur les axes Egbeda et Yaba. La rémunération mensuelle est de 150 000 NGN. Le candidat idéal justifie d'une qualification minimale de niveau Vocational et d'une première expérience d'au moins un an dans un poste similaire. L'anglais est requis pour ce poste, et les horaires de travail sont de 8h à 17h.
Responsabilités :
Mesurer, mélanger et préparer les ingrédients conformément aux recettes établies. Surveiller les temps de cuisson et les températures du four pour garantir la qualité des produits. Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et hygiénique, en conformité avec les normes de sécurité alimentaire. Inspecter les ingrédients et les produits finis pour assurer leur fraîcheur et leur qualité. Gérer les niveaux de stock et signaler les pénuries d'ingrédients et de fournitures de boulangerie. Travailler efficacement pour atteindre les objectifs de production quotidiens et les commandes des clients. Participer à l'emballage et à la présentation des produits de boulangerie.

Une expérience préalable en tant que boulanger ou dans un rôle similaire est préférée. Une connaissance des techniques de boulangerie, des recettes et des réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire est indispensable. La capacité à travailler tôt le matin, les week-ends et les jours fériés si nécessaire est requise. Une grande attention aux détails et un engagement envers la qualité sont essentiels. De bonnes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps sont attendues, ainsi que la capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
