  • Evaluate and enhance the Living Water curriculum, as well as other training and learning resources, to ensure effectiveness and engagement. Our mission involves proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ to foster community transformation through various impactful initiatives, such as hosting film screenings that depict the life of Christ, organizing fellowship events, conducting outdoor crusades, and leading prayer gatherings in diverse settings including communities, hospitals, and schools. Disseminate Living Water resources, including Messengers, Light streams, USB/flash media, SD cards, books, and pamphlets, while installing gospel media streaming devices in designated projects. Responsibilities include designing and delivering E&D and WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene) training sessions for Water Mission staff, WASH stakeholders, pastors, and religious leaders across various denominations within project regions. Equip pastors and church leaders with ongoing training and essential resources to enhance their daily worship practices and sermon development.

Facilitate strategic coordination by organizing and managing meetings between mission teams and ministry partners to ensure alignment and collaboration. Proactively engage in and contribute to the organization of project commissioning ceremonies, celebratory events, and graduation ceremonies. Mobilize and support local churches in executing Integral Mission initiatives within their communities. Support the establishment of the Safe Water Committee (SWC), WASH, and school members, guided by a Christian worldview. We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement, and refine training programs and educational curricula tailored to organizational needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives. Coordinate and administer seminars and pastors’ workshops within designated project areas on a consistent basis, while also organizing monthly, quarterly, and annual follow-up sessions to assess and evaluate the progress and impact of Living Water initiatives. The cultivation of staff members’ spiritual growth is a central focus, encompassing the nurturing of their personal faith journeys and alignment with the organization’s mission. This role requires a deep commitment to fostering an environment where spiritual development is prioritized through mentorship, prayer, and intentional discipleship. Candidates must demonstrate a mature and vibrant faith, along with the ability to guide others in their spiritual walk. Responsibilities include organizing spiritual retreats, leading small group discussions, and providing one-on-one mentorship to staff. Offer compassionate emotional, physical, and spiritual guidance, counseling, and mentorship to team members. Facilitate collaboration with external preachers, teachers, speakers, and pastors by participating in staff meetings and prayer sessions. Support internal discipleship efforts by cultivating a Christian environment grounded in strong values, which encourage spiritual enrichment, professional advancement, and intellectual development. Offer support to the HR Department in the recruitment process, specifically by assessing spiritual references and conducting spiritual-focused interviews with applicants.   • Engage in strategic partnerships and foster collaborative relationships with faith-based Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), churches, other religious institutions, the wider development sector, and key government stakeholders to advance shared objectives. Engage and empower church leaders and communities to champion the adoption and long-term viability of Safe Water Projects. We collaborate closely with local churches to establish strong partnerships in the field and assess their alignment with sound doctrine to determine suitability for involvement in community programs. Acting as a liaison when necessary, this role involves representing the ministry to external organizations and the public, in collaboration with other department heads. Engage in conferences, workshops, and other industry events to both absorb best practices and foster professional and spiritual development within the sector. You will collaborate with external stakeholders, providing expert guidance and critical evaluations of field activities and content to ensure adherence to industry best practices and performance metrics.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with other ministry partners to enhance community empowerment and capacity-building initiatives. Collaborate closely with the procurement desk to obtain competitive quotations and secure necessary materials and resources for Living Water initiatives and related projects. Prepare weekly work plans and monthly reports summarizing the outcomes of Living Water initiatives promptly, subject to review and approval by the direct supervisor. Prepare quarterly, monthly, project-specific, and donor reports that incorporate photographs, testimonials, water quality follow-up, and the most significant program-related stories. Prepare comprehensive, periodic field activity reports and capture high-quality photos from all country projects. The role involves providing comprehensive program support and ensuring adherence to compliance standards across designated initiatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, tracking program progress, and verifying compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interpret and apply compliance frameworks effectively.
