This role is designed to glorify God by overseeing the execution of Water Mission’s Living Water program strategy within the Country Program, alongside related Health & Hygiene and Micro-enterprise & Sustainability initiatives, in strict adherence to established standards and procedures. Through this position, the incumbent will embody Christ and His kingdom by fostering spiritual growth among staff, church and community leaders, and other ministry partners, while delivering strategic guidance, training, and assistance for the implementation of Equity & Dignity (E&D) and Living Water initiatives across all levels. The position necessitates residency at the designated duty station and consistent travel to remote project sites to advance program implementation and other Community Development efforts. Full-time employment is offered, with the possibility of annual contract renewals.
