Organize and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Equality & Diversity (E&D) and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) for Water Mission staff, WASH stakeholders, pastors, and interdenominational religious leaders within designated project regions. Provide training and equip pastors and church leaders with essential resources to enhance their daily worship practices and sermon preparation. Coordinate strategic partner meetings and manage mission teams with partner organizations to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Actively engage in the planning and execution of project commissioning ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and graduation events to ensure successful and memorable outcomes. Mobilize and provide support to local churches to facilitate the execution of Integral Mission within their respective communities. Facilitate the establishment of the Safe Water Committee (SWC), WASH, and school stakeholders, guided by a Christian worldview. We design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and curricula tailored to organizational needs. This role involves conducting thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, designing engaging learning materials, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborating closely with subject-matter experts, we create interactive and effective educational content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and performance support tools. Prepare weekly work plans and monthly reports summarizing the outcomes of Living Water activities promptly, ensuring submission for review and approval by the direct supervisor. Prepare quarterly, monthly, project-specific, and donor reports, incorporating photographs, testimonials, water quality follow-ups, and the most impactful stories related to the program. Prepare comprehensive field activity reports and capture relevant photographs from all country-wide projects on a regular basis. Program Support & Compliance professionals ensure adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures while providing operational assistance to maintain efficiency and accuracy. They monitor compliance with applicable laws, conduct audits, and address deviations to mitigate risks. Additionally, they assist in developing and implementing policies, preparing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to foster a culture of accountability. Experience in regulatory frameworks, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in compliance tools are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex requirements effectively.
