** En tant que Senior Case Management Officer, vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la mise en œuvre des activités de gestion de cas pour les enfants vulnérables, en veillant à ce que les normes de qualité soient respectées conformément aux protocoles nationaux et internationaux.

- Superviser les équipes de gestion de cas et assurer le suivi des dossiers individuels.
- Former et encadrer le personnel sur les procédures de gestion de cas.
- Coordonner avec les partenaires et les autorités locales pour garantir une prise en charge holistique.
- Assurer la documentation et le reporting des activités.**

- Diplôme universitaire en travail social, psychologie, droits de l'enfant ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience minimale de 3 à 5 ans dans la gestion de cas de protection de l'enfance.
- Connaissance des standards nationaux et internationaux en protection de l'enfance.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement complexe et sous pression.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais souhaitée.
