Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) recrute un(e) Projects & IT Office Leader pour l'OCBA (Operational Centre Barcelona-Athens) et MSF Espagne. Ce poste stratégique est basé dans l'un des hubs MSF-OCBA (Colombie, Jordanie, Kenya, Sénégal, Espagne).
Missions
Le/la leader assure la direction stratégique de l'ensemble des dimensions IT : architecture technologique et cybersécurité, stratégie de données, gestion de projets IT et portefeuille, et transformation numérique. Il/elle pilote une équipe pluridisciplinaire organisée en six unités structurelles, plus une unité dédiée à un programme majeur, supervise des investissements significatifs et garantit une prestation de services de haute qualité tant au siège (y compris les bureaux régionaux) que sur le terrain. Au-delà de l'OCBA, le poste a une dimension internationale clé en tant que membre central de la plateforme MSF Information Systems Management (ISM), contribuant à la gouvernance technologique du mouvement et aux initiatives intersectorielles.

Expérience confirmée en leadership IT, gestion de portefeuille de projets et transformation numérique. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et complexe. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français requise.
