Projects & IT Office Leader MSF-OCBA (Based in Any MSF-OCBA Hub)

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) OCBA recherche un(e) Projects & IT Office Leader pour assurer un leadership stratégique sur l'ensemble des dimensions IT de l'organisation : architecture technologique et cybersécurité, stratégie data, gestion des projets et portefeuille IT, et transformation numérique.

Ce poste dirige une équipe pluridisciplinaire organisée en six unités structurelles, plus une unité dédiée à un programme majeur. Il supervise des investissements significatifs et garantit une prestation de services de haute qualité au siège (y compris les bureaux régionaux) et sur le terrain. Au-delà d'OCBA, le rôle a une dimension internationale clé en tant que membre central de la plateforme MSF Information Systems Management (ISM), contribuant à la gouvernance technologique du mouvement et aux initiatives intersectorielles.
