Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) recrute un(e) Projects & IT Office Leader MSF-OCBA (basé(e) dans l’un des hubs MSF-OCBA : Colombie, Jordanie, Kenya, Sénégal ou Espagne).

** Le/la Projects & IT Office Leader assure le leadership stratégique de l’ensemble des dimensions IT au sein de MSF OCBA et MSF Espagne : architecture technologique et cybersécurité, stratégie de données, gestion des projets IT et du portefeuille, et transformation numérique. Il/elle dirige une équipe pluridisciplinaire organisée en six unités structurelles, plus une unité dédiée à un programme d’envergure, supervise des investissements significatifs et garantit une prestation de services de haute qualité tant au siège (y compris les bureaux régionaux) que sur le terrain. Au-delà d’OCBA, ce poste revêt une dimension internationale clé en tant que membre central de la plateforme MSF Information Systems Management (ISM), contribuant à la gouvernance technologique du mouvement et aux initiatives intersectorielles.

** Expérience avérée en leadership IT stratégique, gestion de portefeuille de projets, architecture et cybersécurité. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et à distance. Maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou du français.
