World Wide Technologies (WWT) Recruit a Developer–ERP Integrator & Business Applications (H/F) to strengthen its Software Solutions, ERP and Digital Transformation division. The position is based at Douala, in Cameroon.
As part of the development of this division, the person recruited will be responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining business management solutions, mainly based on Odoo. It will thus participate in the digital transformation of companies supported by WWT.
Duties
The incumbent will install, configure and customize Odoo as well as other ERPs. He will develop specific modules, business applications, web portals and APIs. It will integrate ERP with accounting systems, payment platforms and third-party applications.
He will analyze customer needs and participate in the design of solutions. It will support testing, migrations, deployments and commissioning. It will also provide technical support, maintenance and training to users, and participate in demonstrations as well as technical and commercial proposals.
Candidate profile
A Bac level training+3 minimum in computer science, software engineering or equivalent is required. The candidate will need to have 2 years of desired experience in ERP development or integration, with practical experience on Odoo.
Essential skills expected are: Python, Odoo and PostgreSQL; JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS; REST API, JSON and Git; Linux and Application Deployment. A good understanding of business processes (CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting) is also necessary.
Additional assets include Docker mastering, full-stack development, BI, automation and artificial intelligence. On a personal level, the position requires autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, initiative, client awareness and the ability to work as a team.
