Main duties

Missions and activities of the post Ensure the achievement of business objectives and the quality of service offered by the agency.

• Ensure the achievement of all sales objectives of the agency.
• Implement validated actions (Trade Marketing Actions, Agency Challenges, etc.).
• Coordinate promotional activities.
• Monitor the progress of achieving the agency’s quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Ensure a better quality of service in the agency. Ensure control of the activities carried out within the agency.
• Ensure compliance and consistency of all transactions made at the agency and document them: Orange Money (Cash in / Cash Out / Merchant Payment & O2C), E-recharge, identification, etc.
• Check and sign the daily scales.
• Control the daily sending of reports and documents to the entities concerned (balances, cashed cheques, payment slips, sales reports...).
• Supervise the control of cash orders at closing. Ensure the effective management of stocks.
• Controlling the entry and exit of stocks from agencies – SAV.
• Enter receipts and deliveries in the ZSMART app.
• Deliver partners and companies in accordance with the delivery process.
• Set up a daily inventory based on two references and establish weekly and monthly inventories.
• Avoid stock outages (alert stock).
• Make daily closures and confirm the quantities taken out of stock to the head of agency and the person in charge of the cash register.
• Monitoring quantitative KPIs: the inventory gap between the physical stock and the theoretical stock should not exceed 4%. Ensure effective management of your team.

Education / Qualifications

• Ensure the continuous development of your team’s skills (training, coaching, support).
• Ensure cohesion and a good atmosphere within your team.
• Manage and control the achievement of objectives by monitoring the progress of the dashboard.
• Determine the objectives of its direct collaborators and evaluate their results.

Other information

• Ensure the provision of access and other equipment necessary for the activity of its teams.
• Report operational difficulties to the hierarchy.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and compliance.
• Reporting daily closing statements to the Head of Warehouse Commercial.
• Carry out monthly consolidation of store consumption and transmit this report to its managers (Head of agency and Distribution & Logistics Manager Returns).

Candidate profile

Management, marketing or business training; minimum Bac+3. French and English spoken. Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, sales, marketing or customer relations, preferably in a multinational company, including 2 years of experience in managing sales teams. Having worked in different cultures and geographical regions is an asset. Experience in medium to large companies.
