Supply & Reception: Inspect transport equipment, plan and monitor the arrival of wheat from Conakry Port to Sonfonia, supervise port operations (unloading, storage, security).
Shipments & Distribution: Plan loadings and delivery tours in the Grand Conakry, optimize filling rate, manage disputes and supervise the fleet of tricycles and drivers.
Fleet & Back-office: Manage forklifts, tricycles, fuel and fleet maintenance, as well as administrative compliance (grey cards, insurance, stickers, port access).
Monitoring & Reporting: Track logistics KPIs (service rates, deadlines, costs), produce continuous improvement reports and ensure coordination with sales, production, quality and maintenance departments.
