The Group IT Budget Control Manager is responsible for controlling IT costs, the performance of technological investments and financial transparency vis-Ă -vis management bodies. - Develop, consolidate and monitor the annual and multi-year IT budget (CAPEX / OPEX) across the Group
- Coordinate the budget process with subsidiary CIOs and produce group reports
- Analyze budget/realized variances, identify drifts and alert management
- Participate in quarterly reforecasting exercises and year-end landings
- Ensuring the consistency of IT accounting and analytical nomenclatures between subsidiaries
- Validate the budgetary expenditure of the Group in delegation with regard to the budget Management control of IT projects
- Implement and maintain the IT project cost repository (internal costs, providers, licenses, infra cloud)
- Ensure financial monitoring of major IT programs (CBS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital)
- Produce profitability and ROI dashboards of IT investments
- Support project managers in the construction and monitoring of their business cases
- Controlling cost allocation and compliance with project management procedures Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the CTIO, CFO and Comex
- Build and maintain management tools (Power BI, executive dashboards)
- Perform benchmark analysis of IT costs (cost per user, CBS cost, IT/PNB ratio)

- Participate in the financial analysis of strategic IT tenders and contracts

- Follow contractual commitments (licenses, SaaS, maintenance, outsourcing)
- Contribute to the optimization of the IT supplier portfolio (TCO, consolidation)

- Participate in internal and external audits related to IT financial management

Candidate profile
- Bac+5 (Master 2) in Finance, Management Control, Audit or Business School / Engineer with specialization in Finance
- Further training in information systems management is a significant asset
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of management control experience, including at least 2 years in an IT or CIO environment
- Experience in a multinational group, ideally in the financial sector (banking, microfinance, insurance)
- Experience in cloud budget management (AWS, Azure, GCP) appreciated
- Knowledge of multi-entity environments with group consolidation
