Context and justification of recruitment The National Institute of Statistics, in partnership with the Ministry of Health through the Expanded Vaccination Programme (EPP), plans to conduct an integrated routine and post-campaign immunization coverage survey against measles and rubella. This activity has the financial and technical support of Clinton Health Access Initiative, Biostat Global Consulting and GAVI. As part of the implementation of this survey, the Director General of the National Institute of Statistics launches a call for applications for the preselection of 115 investigative officers who will be recruited under a fixed-term contract. What is the purpose of the Investigative Officer position? The Investigation Officer will be responsible for conducting field data collection operations using electronic tablets. He will have to intervene in the cities, villages and neighborhoods assigned to him as part of the investigation. Successful candidates must be available during the training and contract execution period, and willing to work in the localities of their region of assignment, both in urban and rural areas. Conditions of application To be eligible for this recruitment from INS Cameroon, the candidate must meet the following conditions: Be of Cameroonian nationality, male or female, and enjoy good health; Be at least 21 years of age and not more than 40 years of age on 1 January 2026; Hold at least the baccalaureate or other equivalent degree; Be free from any obligation during the period of training and execution of the employment contract; Be prepared to serve in all localities of the region of assignment, both urban and rural; Be able to express themselves correctly in French and/or English; Be able to express themselves correctly in a national language; Justify an aptitude for using computer tools.
