Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Human Resources Management, Social Law or Management.

Essential Key Skills: Perfect mastery of personnel administration and Ivorian social legislation. Strong payroll management skills and mastery of CNPS and DGI (ITS) reporting procedures.
Good practice of computer tools and payroll software (SAGE Payroll appreciated).
