The NGO Horizons Femmes, in partnership with Moto Action Cameroon and with the financial support of L’Initiative / Expertise France, implements the SAGCO project (Project Code: -24SANIC214) for a duration of 36 months. Objectives of the mission

Specifically, the evaluation will have to address the following key areas: analyze the performance, accessibility and efficiency of the mobile clinic "Health Stop" in order to measure the added value of the advanced strategy; evaluate the effectiveness of reference mechanisms and counter-reference to the FOSA/DIC as well as their articulation with the new architecture of the Global Fund GC8, in a continuum of care logic; analyze the regional performance of the POSIA;

Duration and conduct of the mission
The mission will be carried out for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of notification of the contract, divided into four main phases. The first phase will be devoted to methodical framing and preparation, with a documentary review and a scoping note. The second phase will focus on field data collection in the four intervention regions (Centre, Littoral, West, South). The third phase will involve the processing, analysis and drafting of the interim report. The fourth phase will be dedicated to a participatory restitution workshop, the finalization of the report and the co-construction of the follow-up matrix of recommendations.
