Job Mission: Under the supervision of the Strategic Partnerships Manager for the development and animation of the OC2S partner ecosystem, the Partners Development and Animation Coordinatorâs mission is to:
Education / Qualifications
-Ensure the operational monitoring of the strategic partner portfolio and ensure that pilotage information is updated; -Contribute to the monitoring of joint business plans and reciprocal commitments with partners; -Participate in the renewal and evolution of partnership levels with publishers and manufacturers; -Carry out market and technological monitoring to identify new opportunities for partnerships and innovative solutions; -Contribute to the preparation of responses to calls for tenders integrating partner solutions or expertise; -Participate in the monitoring of the pipeline of opportunities generated with partners and contribute to co-selling actions; -Contribute to the implementation of co-marketing actions and business development programs with partners; -Coordinate the operational organization of partner events (Partner Days, kick-offs, workshops, webinars, trade shows); -Participate in the production of offers sheets, commercial arguments and enablement supports for internal teams; -Monitor certifications, accreditations and strategic training related to partner programs; -Prepare the materials, agendas and minutes of partner meetings and internal reviews; -Contribute to the feeding and reliability of partner data in management tools (CRM, piloting tools); -Ensure compliance with internal procedures applicable to its perimeter (compliance, data security, contracting rules).
Candidate profile
Required profile: You have a BAC+4/5 (Master, Engineering School, Business School) highly recommended, Junior profile (0 to 2 years of professional experience) post-graduate, from one of the following courses: Internship or significant alternation in an IT environment, partnerships or B2B marketing; first experience in project management, coordination or commercial support in a technological context (Significant interest for partner ecosystem and technological alliances). In addition, with a command of French and operational professional English (read, written, spoken) and knowledge of partner IT ecosystems (operations, publisher/distributor), you have business skills in: -Cloud & Infrastructure - general concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) -Cybersecurity - Awareness and General Culture -Document management and media production (supports, files, PR, CRs) -B2B marketing - digital basics and tools -Office & collaborative tools (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams).
