Supervisor of Boutiques

The Store Supervisor ensures the supervision, control and optimization of the activities of all the stores of the company. He directly supervises the Store Managers, ensures the achievement of commercial objectives, the good management of inventory, the compliance of operations and the respect of internal procedures. It guarantees the operational efficiency and profitability of the shop network while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Main duties

• 1. Oversee and manage the performance of shops: Ensure the commercial, operational and financial objectives of the store network are met.
• 2. To supervise and accompany the Store Managers: Manager, assess and develop the skills of Store Managers to ensure effective management of teams and activities.
• 3. Controlling inventory management and ensuring compliance of operations: Ensure inventory accuracy, inventory completion and compliance with management and internal control procedures.
• 4. Ensure regular travel to Antananarivo and the provinces in order to ensure the monitoring, control and operational management of shops: Demonstrate high availability and mobility capacity to ensure a regular presence in the various points of sale. Duties and tasks: Management and supervision of shops:
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of shops.
• Ensure that the objectives defined by the Directorate are met.

Experience

• Control service quality and customer experience.
• Make regular visits to the shops.
• Identify malfunctions and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure the proper application of company procedures and standards. Management and support of Store Managers:
• To supervise all Store Managers.
• Define and follow individual and collective goals.
• Perform periodic performance evaluations.
• Organize follow-up and coordination meetings.
• Accompany managers in improving their performance.

Education / Qualifications

• Identify recruitment and training needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and discipline. Management of stocks and inventories:
• Oversee all inventory management operations.
• Control the reliability of stock movements (inputs, outputs, transfers and returns).
• Ensure compliance with supply thresholds.
• Analyze stock deviations and implement the necessary corrective actions.
• Organize, supervise and validate periodic and annual inventories.
• Check the availability of products in stores.
• Reduce losses, disruptions and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with procedures for storing and securing goods.
• Produce regular reports on the stock situation of the network. Commercial and financial monitoring:
• Analyze the commercial results of the shops.
• Track revenue, margin and profitability indicators.
• Define and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Supervise promotional and commercial operations.
• Controlling the feedback and reliability of management data. Reporting and control:
• Develop activity reports for the Directorate.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Control the administrative and operational compliance of shops.
• Ensure the transmission of strategic information between the Management and the Store Managers.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of business processes.
