Abidjan, Ivory Coast Contract type: Salary range: Confidential Industry: Main duty: You are involved in the development, implementation and control of procedures related to the operation of the company.

Main duties

You contribute to the performance of internal audit missions, the identification of risks and the formulation of recommendations to improve operational and organizational practices. Tasks:

• 1. Mission preparation and planning Participate in the development of audit programs and work plans Collecting and analyzing advance documentation: procedures, flow charts, reporting Prepare the elements necessary for the smooth running of missions
• 2. Carrying out audit missions Conduct interviews with the operational staff and managers concerned Carry out the tests and controls provided for in the audit program Identify and analyze the main risks related to audited activities
• 3. Return and follow-up Contribute to the drafting of audit reports: findings, recommendations and action plans Identify the essential elements from the interviews and tests carried out Follow up on recommendations and action plans Process improvement and risk management Recommending avenues for operational and organizational improvement Participate in the drafting of management procedures and flowcharts Appreciate risk control measures and contribute to their improvement

Candidate profile

Your profile:

Education / Qualifications

Bac level training +4/5, with a Master’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in internal audit, with a good knowledge of accounting and finance Good knowledge of support processes, especially in human resources, accounting and finance Mastery of audit methodologies and techniques, including risk analysis and risk control devices Knowledge of accounting, finance and information systems Mastery of office tools, including spreadsheets and databases Good knowledge of ethical rules related to the audit profession Your personal assets: This position will allow you to develop your expertise in internal audit within a demanding professional environment. You will be involved in various assignments, ranging from the preparation and execution of audits to risk analysis and follow-up of recommendations. You will thus be able to contribute concretely to the improvement of processes, organizations and risk control devices of the company.
