Experience: Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, project governance, Project Controls or investment project management. Good understanding of the project life cycle, validation milestones and project governance requirements. Experience in coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Good understanding of project governance processes, validation milestones and approval processes. Mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Solid skills in document management, follow-up of actions and project reporting. Ability to prepare clear and structured reports for management and governance bodies. Ability to maintain and effectively use project logs, trackers, governance calendars and monitoring tools. Practical knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, Power BI and project management systems is an asset. Great attention to detail and accuracy of information. Proactivity and strong monitoring and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
