As part of the development of its activities in Douala, SCI HARMONIA is recruiting a Real Estate Promotion and Management Officer to ensure the commercial promotion and daily monitoring of the Mamie Tre building, located in the district Kotto.

Job description The Real Estate Promotion and Management Agent will perform a versatile function combining business development, real estate marketing, operational management of a building and the relationship with residents. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting the properties proposed by HARMONIA, developing a portfolio of prospects and contributing to the increase in the occupancy rate of the building. It will also ensure the proper conduct of common areas, coordinate maintenance and safety activities and provide a professional welcome to residents, visitors and service providers. The objective is to contribute to the commercial growth of HARMONIA while guaranteeing occupants a pleasant, secure and well-maintained environment.

Main duties

• 1. Real estate development and commercial development The Real Estate Promotion and Management Agent will actively participate in the marketing of goods and customer development.

Responsibilities

Its main responsibilities will include: Implement marketing actions adapted to the real estate sector.

Other information

Participate in the promotion of apartments and other goods offered by HARMONIA. Contribute to the creation of advertising and commercial media. Participate in the design of promotional brochures. Produce or contribute to the production of videos presenting goods. Prepare content for social networks. Participate in the management of pages and social accounts of HARMONIA and the building. Develop a portfolio of real estate prospects. Identify and qualify potential customers. Participate in the conversion of prospects into new customers. Implement actions to increase the occupancy rate of the building. Contribute to the development of HARMONIA’s reputation and brand image. Monitor and evaluate the results of promotional actions.

• 2. Daily management of the Mamie Tre building The incumbent of the position must monitor the proper functioning of the building located in Kotto. In this capacity, he will be responsible for: Ensure the general condition of the building. Regularly check the common areas. Daily monitoring of maintenance activities. Coordinate interventions related to the security of the building. Supervise the cleanliness of entrance halls. Check the maintenance of stairs and corridors. Ensure the good hold of outdoor spaces. Identify common maintenance needs. Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and welcoming residential environment.
• 3. Maintenance and maintenance follow-up The Agent will have to participate in the monitoring of the equipment and facilities of the building. Its missions will include: Monitor the maintenance of furnished apartments. Regularly check the condition of the facilities. Coordinate the necessary maintenance operations. Perform or supervise minor routine maintenance work when necessary. Identify technical anomalies. Quickly report incidents to the administration. Contribute to the proper conservation of real estate equipment and facilities.
• 4. Welcome and relationship with residents The position has an important dimension of customer service and relationship with occupants. The holder shall in particular: Welcome customers and visitors. Guide providers and suppliers. Ensure a regular presence with residents.

Professional experience Significant experience in marketing or real estate development is particularly important for candidates with a secondary level. Location

Telephone allowance: 5,000 FCFA. Variable commissions: Depending on the new customers mobilized and the rate of filling of the building. The fixed part and the telephone allowance together represent 75,000 FCFA, excluding commissions. Detailed arrangements for calculating commissions are not specified.
