Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des systèmes de surveillance, contrôle d’accès, détection d’intrusion, normes ISO (55000, 27001, 45001), intégration des systèmes de sécurité physique et informatique, et outils d’analyse de données pour le suivi des KPI. Compétences personnelles : Pensée analytique, résolution de problèmes, leadership, intégrité, discrétion, adaptabilité et excellente communication interfonctionnelle.
Formation / Diplômes
Expérience demandée : Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans la direction de stratégies de protection des actifs. Certifications requises ou fortement appréciées : Professionnel de la protection certifié (CPP), Professionnel de la sécurité physique (PSP), Formation à la gestion de crise (ICS) ou Chef de projet de sécurité certifié (CPCM).
