Mission : garantir le suivi administratif et technique des contrats de maintenance et de services, et la bonne exécution des entretiens des installations.
Responsabilités
Tenir le registre des contrats (maintenance, nettoyage, gardiennage, énergie, etc.) et leurs échéances Suivre l'exécution des contrats et les performances des prestataires Planifier et contrôler les interventions d'entretien sur les installations techniques Vérifier les rapports d'intervention et les factures avant validation Gérer les renouvellements, avenants et résiliations avec les services concernés Suivre les budgets d'entretien et signaler les dépassements Alerter sur les non-conformités et les risques liés aux installations Produire un reporting périodique à la hiérarchie
Bac+2/3 en maintenance, gestion technique de patrimoine, administration ou équivalent
Expérience
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en suivi de contrats de maintenance ou en facilité management Bonne connaissance des installations techniques de bâtiments ou de sites industriels Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils bureautiques Rigueur, organisation, sens du contrôle, bon relationnel avec les prestataires
